The problem
Free 12-week plans assume you start exactly 12 weeks out, at an average level.
Your sled push and wall balls cost minutes while your running is fine, or the other way round, and a generic plan trains both the same.
Miss a week for work or a sore calf and a fixed plan doesn't change.
One-to-one coaching fits you, but it often costs hundreds of dollars a month.
Race date and division, a recent 5 km or 1 km time, station times or rough estimates, and the days and equipment you have.
Week by week to race day, with more work on the stations that cost you most and run paces from your own times.
Mark sessions done, missed or too hard. The next week changes to fit, and the last weeks taper into race day.
Starts wherever you are, whether that's 6 weeks out or 20, and tapers into race day.
Your station times point the plan at what costs you the most time, from sled pull to sandbag lunges.
Easy, threshold and run-after-station paces worked out from your recent results.
Missed sessions, a busy week or a niggle you report change the next week instead of breaking the plan.
Tell us what equipment you have. No sled or SkiErg? You get substitutions.
A pacing sheet for each run and station, based on your logged times. A guide, not a promise of a finish time.

No. Plans are generated by software from your times, race date and training log, using standard endurance and strength training principles. If you want a person watching your form and answering questions, a coach is the better choice.

We can't promise a finish time. The plan puts your training where the data says you lose the most time, and your results depend on your consistency, recovery and health.
